Terms of Service

Last updated: July 14, 2026

These terms apply when you use Zip's Mailbox Club, buy a membership or gift year, or use the parent portal. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these terms.

The club

Zip's Mailbox Club creates personalized postal mail for children using information supplied by a parent, legal guardian, or an adult who has that person's permission. Mail may include personalized letters, story details, coloring pages, activities, games, and other paper surprises. Exact contents can vary as Zip's story develops.

Membership billing

Taxes, if required, are shown at checkout. Stripe processes payment information; Zip's Mailbox Club does not receive or store your complete card number.

Cancellation

You can cancel a monthly or annual membership online through the billing controls in the signed-in parent portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. A gift year does not renew as a regular membership.

Personalized orders and refunds

Our mail is made for a specific child, so completed charges are generally non-refundable once personalized production begins. If we make a mistake, an item arrives damaged, or a mailing does not arrive, email us and we will work with you on a replacement or another appropriate solution. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Your information

You agree to provide accurate account, delivery, and child-personalization information and to keep the mailing address current. A parent or guardian controls the account and decides what information to share. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how to request access, correction, or deletion.

Delivery

We mail to the delivery address saved for the child. Postal delivery dates can vary, and delivery estimates are not guarantees. If a delay materially changes an order, we will provide any notice or choice required by applicable law. We are not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect address or events outside our reasonable control, but we will always try to help.

Safe use

A grown-up is responsible for supervising activities and choosing whether a mailed item is appropriate for the child. Follow any age, allergy, small-parts, food, craft, or grown-up-supervision instructions included with the mail.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, portal, invitation links, or another family's account. Private family links and account access may not be shared outside the intended household. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect families, the service, or the law.

Our creative work

Zip, the Mailbox Crew, the stories, artwork, letters, games, site design, and other original materials belong to Zip's Mailbox Club or its licensors. A family may enjoy and keep the materials it receives, but may not reproduce or sell them commercially without written permission.

Service changes

We may improve or change the service, these terms, or future pricing. A price change applies only after notice and as permitted by law. The date at the top shows the latest version of these terms.
