When will the first letter ship?

We mail on the 1st and 15th, or the previous business day when either falls on a weekend or postal holiday. The first mailing follows the parent or guardian completing child setup. These are mailing dates; arrival depends on the postal service.

A monthly gift can be canceled any time before the next mailing. A gift year is a single payment and is not refunded. Our honest promise

Do I need the child's home address?
No. After checkout you give the grown-up's name and email. They use a private link to supply the child's details and mailing address.
Will it renew or bill me again?
Monthly: $20 per month until canceled. Annual: one $200 payment for 12 months, with no auto-renewal. To cancel monthly, reply to any email from Zip.Yes. Your gift is $20 per month and renews monthly until you cancel. Stop future renewals any time by replying to any email from Zip.
The birthday is soon. Am I too late?
