How does the $199.99 annual plan work?
The plan is $199.99 upfront at signup for the next 12 months. The membership then renews every 12 months at $199.99 unless you cancel before the next renewal.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. Sign in to the parent portal and choose Manage billing to stop future renewals. Your child keeps receiving Zip through the end of the current billing period.
How fast does the first letter arrive?
After signup, Zip uses your child's details to prepare the first personalized mailing — it's usually in the mail within about a week, and your welcome email keeps you posted.
What ages does the price cover?
One price for all ages 3–12. Letters are matched to the child's age and reading level, and the storytelling grows with them — at no extra cost.
