What comes with the annual membership?
The complete first-year Mailbox Mystery: 12 illustrated anchor letters with activities and Official Mailbox Hunts, plus 12 second note-and-play envelopes. Zip remembers what your child writes back.
How does the $200 annual plan work?
The plan is $200 upfront at signup for the next 12 months. The membership then renews every 12 months at $200 unless you cancel before the next renewal.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. Sign in to the parent portal and choose Manage billing to stop future renewals. Your child keeps receiving Zip through the end of the current billing period.
How fast does the first letter arrive?
Complete payment, your child’s profile and mailing address at least three business days before mailing, by 11:59 p.m. Eastern. Later completion moves the first letter to the following mail day. We mail on the 1st and 15th, or the previous business day when needed. Mail usually arrives within about a week after posting; postal delivery times vary.
What ages does the price cover?
One price for all ages 3–12. Letters are matched to the child's age and reading level, and the storytelling grows with them, at no extra cost.
