Four ages. Four ways into the story.

Mail that fits their stage.

Under 5 / 5–6 / 7–8 / 9–12. Their age shapes the story and activities.

Under 5

Read together

Short, gentle stories to share with a grown-up. Room to draw, point and talk about what happens.

From The Hello Stamp activity: “Make a big happy mark together. Wave hello to your mark!”

5–6

Join in together

Simple reading and paper play, with a grown-up nearby. A drawing or a few words can be their reply.

From The Hello Stamp activity: “Draw a different face inside each stamp.”

7–8

Follow the mystery

Longer stories and age-matched activities. Notice the clues and share ideas with the Crew.

From The Hello Stamp activity: “Design three greetings using faces and gestures. Teach your family your favorites.”

9–12

Think it through

Richer stories and a mystery they can work through more independently. More room for their own theories and written replies.

From The Hello Stamp activity: “Design three wordless welcome stamps for someone who speaks a different language. Explain your visual choices.”

Reading together is always welcome. Replies and activities are optional at every age. Preview their first letter opening (email required).
